Report Submission Instructions
Publication Details
Technical Reports will be published as official CEUR-WS Proceedings of EVALITA 2026.
Submissions must be made electronically in PDF format via the OpenReview submission system at the following link: https://openreview.net/group?id=AI-LC.it/EVALITA/2026/Participants.
Deadlines
- January 9, 2026: Participant Report Submission
- February 7, 2026: Reviews to Participants
- February 16, 2026: Camera-Ready Submission
Requirements
All reports must meet the following structural and formatting requirements.
Reports must be written in English.
A report should contain (at least) the following sections:
* Description of the system
* Results
* Discussion
* References
Camera-ready papers must be formatted following the CEUR-WS template, specifically using the 1-column CEUR-ART style.

Lenght:**
- Regular Paper: Must have at least 25,000 characters.
- Short Paper: Must have at least 17,500 characters.
CEUR-WS requires all authors to declare the use of GenAI tools in their papers.
- You will find the “Declaration on Generative AI” directly in the provided templates (LaTeX and DOCX).
- Authors must complete this section carefully, stating clearly whether they used GenAI tools during paper preparation and for what specific purposes.

Please upload a single ZIP file to the OpenReview page containing the following items:
- The PDF of the camera-ready paper.
- LaTeX or Doc/Docx source files of the paper.
- The CEUR AUTHOR AGREEMENT (manually signed).
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): Use this form if the paper includes no copyrighted third-party material.
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): Use this form if the paper includes copyrighted third-party material. You must also attach a copy of the third party’s permission to use this material, along with the signed agreement.
